• “Call for quote” nonsense on established products. We won’t waste your time. Prices are listed, all fees included, on this site.

• Inscrutable phone trees and outsourced customer service. If someone picks up the phone here it’s because they’ve personally worked with whatever product or service you’re calling about.

• Cloud this and cloud that. Your data is your data here. Any subscription plans we have are for ongoing updates and service, not continued use of something you’ve already bought. We will never remotely brick a product.

• “That’s weird, I guess you have to buy a whole new one” customer service mentality. We use off-the-shelf and made-right-here parts so we can fix your unit or send you what you need to do it yourself.
